THIRD FIRST MEMORY
Looking at a coloring book at a news stand for a long time. The subject of the coloring book was Alice in Wonderland. The illustrations were in a 1950s Funny Animal thick- and thin-line brush style and not in the crosshatched style of Sir John Tenniel that would interest me later.
What I didn't know was that my parents had forgotten about me and driven home without me. A few minutes later they remembered and drove back and got me and I continued to live with them.
